The VOO Landline to Mobile option is a supplementary service that must be combined with the VOO internet service taken out individually or within the framework of a VOO Pack. The subscription charge for the VOO phone service/ VOO pack that includes the phone service is still payable. With the Fixed to Mobile Option you can call national mobile numbers 24/7. Maximum 1000 minutes per month. If you exceed your limit, the standard VOO rates for mobile calls will apply. Any unused minutes cannot be carried over to the following month. You can keep your current phone number for no extra charge. Combining with TRIO or QUATRO PRO does not entitle you to two Landline to Mobile Options.

The International Option is a supplementary service that can only be combined with a VOO phone service. With the International Option you can call landlines in 64 countries, 24/7, except for special numbers and, in Morocco, numbers provided by the WANA Corporate and Medi Telecom operators, which are numbers starting with the following prefixes: 00212 520, 00212 521, 00212 525, 00212 526, 00212 527, 00212 529, 00212 530 ,00212 531 , 00212 532, 00212 533, 00212 534, 00212 538, 00212 540, 00212 546, 00212 547, 00212 550, 00212 553. All VOO’s “unlimited” offers are exclusively reserved for normal professional use. Any usage that exceeds a total of 6,000 call minutes or text messages per month (1 call minute = 1 text message) is considered abnormal. In the event of abnormal usage, VOO will charge the customer an additional cost of €0.17 per additional SMS or call minute.
In Belgium, the call minutes, SMS and mobile internet volume included in the offer are valid to all Belgian mobile and fixed networks. In the European Economic Area, the call minutes, text messages and mobile internet volume included in the offer are valid to all Belgian mobile and fixed networks and to those in the European Economic Area, with the exception of special numbers, premium rate numbers (voting, 0900, etc.) and services provided by third parties. VOO’s offers are exclusively reserved for normal use. This normal usage allows the customer to make intensive use of the services offered by VOO. Usage that exceeds a total of 6,000 call minutes and 6,000 text messages per month (1 call minute = 1 text message) is considered abnormal. In the event of abnormal usage, VOO will charge the customer an additional cost of €0.19 VAT per additional call minute and €0.057 VAT per additional SMS. Calls are counted by the second from the 31st second. Once you have reached the data volume included in your offer, you will continue to surf for free at reduced speed (512 Kbps). The minutes of calls, text messages and internet volume cannot be carried over to the next month. As VOO only receives consumption reports after the fact for calls made while roaming and under the coverage of an operator that is not integrated into the Camel telecom protocol, it cannot technically alert the Customer in real time that he has exceeded his package.
The Towards Europe Option allows you to make 60 minutes of calls and send 60 text messages from Belgium to Europe. If you exceed these limits, the standard rate (https://business.voo.be/en/mobile/international-rates) applies. One Towards Europe Option per SIM card. The call minutes and text messages included in the Towards Europe Option are not valid towards satellite networks or special numbers (voting, 0900, etc.). Any minutes and text messages not used up within a month cannot be carried forward to the next month. Calls to a European country are billed per second from the 31st second. The first 30 seconds of each call are automatically counted.

Each subscription to the TV LIGHT service allows access to the service via 5 separate devices and is limited to 5 simultaneous sessions, with the exception of the RTBF and Be tv channels, which are limited to 2 simultaneous sessions. Be on demand: service available on the VOO networks with a compatible set-top box. The programme can be ordered three times and viewed only within 48 hours of each order. Films, series and weekly broadcasts are available for 30 days after they are broadcast. Daily programmes are available for one week after their first broadcast.”
The “30-day trial” offer is only valid for new customers who have taken out a VOObusiness SOLO NET PRO, DUO PRO, TRIO PRO or QUATRO PRO subscription between 29 March and 31 of January 2023 inclusive. To take up the offer, the customer must contact 0800.43.303 and then send an email to the address [email protected] within thirty days of the installation date. Subscription fees and any reminder fees associated with the subscription will be credited or refunded to the customer if they have already been paid.
No termination fee will be charged. The costs related to the infrastructure, the first connection, the installation, the possible consumptions and overconsumptions as well as the reimbursement plans related to Data Options or Smartphones and Devices promotions are due and will not be refunded if they have already been paid.
The free CPL Wifi Booster does not have to be returned, unlike the Modem and the Evasion Box.
