The VOO Landline to Mobile option is a supplementary service that must be combined with the VOO internet service taken out individually or within the framework of a VOO Pack. The subscription charge for the VOO phone service/ VOO pack that includes the phone service is still payable. With the Fixed to Mobile Option you can call national mobile numbers 24/7. Maximum 1000 minutes per month. If you exceed your limit, the standard VOO rates for mobile calls will apply. Any unused minutes cannot be carried over to the following month. You can keep your current phone number for no extra charge. Combining with TRIO or QUATRO PRO does not entitle you to two Landline to Mobile Options.
Offer valid for personal use only from a single number. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with tariff plans offering discounts on mobile calls, even from different numbers. Offer does not apply to calls to special numbers (with 07, 09 or 1 prefixes) or to the Internet.

The International Option is a supplementary service that can only be combined with a VOO phone service. With the International Option you can call landlines in 64 countries, 24/7, except for special numbers and, in Morocco, numbers provided by the WANA Corporate and Medi Telecom operators, which are numbers starting with the following prefixes: 00212 520, 00212 521, 00212 525, 00212 526, 00212 527, 00212 529, 00212 530 ,00212 531 , 00212 532, 00212 533, 00212 534, 00212 538, 00212 540, 00212 546, 00212 547, 00212 550, 00212 553. Maximum: 2,000 minutes per month. If you exceed your limit of 2,000 minutes per month, the standard VOO international call rates will apply. More information can be found on our website. All VOO’s “unlimited” offers are exclusively reserved for normal professional use. Any usage that exceeds a total of 6,000 call minutes or text messages per month (1 call minute = 1 text message) is considered abnormal. In the event of abnormal usage, VOO will charge the customer an additional cost of €0.17 per additional SMS or call minute.

In Belgium, the call minutes, SMS and mobile internet volume included in the offer are valid to all Belgian mobile and fixed networks. In the European Economic Area, the call minutes, text messages and mobile internet volume included in the offer are valid to all Belgian mobile and fixed networks and to those in the European Economic Area, with the exception of special numbers, premium rate numbers (voting, 0900, etc.) and services provided by third parties. VOO’s offers are exclusively reserved for normal use. This normal usage allows the customer to make intensive use of the services offered by VOO. Usage that exceeds a total of 6,000 call minutes and 6,000 text messages per month (1 call minute = 1 text message) is considered abnormal. In the event of abnormal usage, VOO will charge the customer an additional cost of €0.19 VAT per additional call minute and €0.057 VAT per additional SMS. Calls are counted by the second from the 31st second. Once you have reached the data volume included in your offer, you will continue to surf for free at reduced speed (512 Kbps). The minutes of calls, text messages and internet volume cannot be carried over to the next month. As VOO only receives consumption reports after the fact for calls made while roaming and under the coverage of an operator that is not integrated into the Camel telecom protocol, it cannot technically alert the Customer in real time that he has exceeded his package.

The Towards Europe Option allows you to make 60 minutes of calls and send 60 text messages from Belgium to Europe. If you exceed these limits, the standard rate (https://business.voo.be/en/mobile/international-rates) applies. One Towards Europe Option per SIM card. The call minutes and text messages included in the Towards Europe Option are not valid towards satellite networks or special numbers (voting, 0900, etc.). Any minutes and text messages not used up within a month cannot be carried forward to the next month. Calls to a European country are billed per second from the 31st second. The first 30 seconds of each call are automatically counted.

Calls to 078 numbers are included in your plan or charged at the indicated rate when your plan has been exceeded.

DATA option 1 GB of data for €4.96, 3 GB for €13.23 and 20 GB for €31.40 per month.

Data volume not used in one month cannot be carried forward to the next month.
The mobile internet volume included in the offer is valid in Belgium and Europe. In Europe, a daily limit of 200MB per day applies. If this limit is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.006 /MB will be applied.

Offer only available to VOO customers, valid while stocks last, for any new subscription to the Data Option with VOOmobile Smartphone Deal (€4.96, €13.23 or €31.40/month) with a 24-month commitment period linked to the smartphone. The Option is only accessible in conjunction with a VOOmobile subscription, twice per customer number. This offer is only available to customers up to date with their payments who have been subscribers to a VOO interactive service (internet, interactive television and/or landline) for at least 3 months and to analogue/digital VOO television or VOOmobile for at least 6 months. The smartphone can be picked up from the VOO stores or delivered directly to the customer at the address given in Belgium subject to the payment of the smartphone bill.

The download and upload speeds depend on your computer installation, your internal cabling and the presence of a router. Announced speeds are speeds accessible via a cable connection. The speeds may be lower when using a Wi-Fi connection.

The TV LIGHT offer is available to customers who have a fixed Internet subscription with VOObusiness (alone or in a pack).

The TV LIGHT offer and its content are exclusively intended for use in the private and family sphere. The subscriber assumes full responsibility for the choice and confidentiality of his/her password. The subscriber undertakes not to divulge his/her password and codes to any third party other than persons residing at the same address. Under no circumstances may the service be used for copying or recording on any medium whatsoever or for retransmission or public broadcasting of the programmes. Without prejudice to VOO’s right to terminate the contract of the subscriber who contravenes this provision, the latter shall be liable to civil and criminal proceedings.
Each subscription to the TV LIGHT service allows access to the service via 5 separate devices and is limited to 5 simultaneous sessions, with the exception of the RTBF and Be tv channels, which are limited to 2 simultaneous sessions.
